UBYS SUPPORT
Within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety activities, an OHS Support Unit has been established by our Coordinatorship through the UBYS System, where our Academic and Administrative Staff and students can report dangerous situations, dangerous behaviors and near-miss incidents, to identify any accidents that may occur and to solve the problems with the help of the relevant units.
Near Miss: It is an event that occurs in the workplace and has the potential to harm the employee, workplace or equipment, but does not harm it. In accordance with Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety; all kinds of near-miss incidents must be recorded. Recording and reporting such incidents is of great importance for the detection and prevention of future occupational accidents.
